Frequently Asked Questions

What are behavioral interview questions?
Questions that ask you to describe past experiences: "Tell me about a time when..." or "Give me an example of..." They assess how you've handled real situations, based on the principle that past behavior predicts future performance.
How should I practice?
Generate a random question, then answer out loud (not just in your head) using the STAR method. Time yourself — aim for 60–90 seconds. Practice until your stories flow naturally without sounding rehearsed.
What if I don't have a good example?
Draw from any experience: work, school, volunteering, personal projects. If you truly don't have an example, say "I haven't encountered that exact situation, but here's a similar one..." and adapt a related story.
